Properties, characteristics and fundamental equations of state of materials, work and heat transfer. First and Second Laws of Thermodynamics, availability, thermodynamic power and refrigeration cycles, gas/vapor mixtures and psychrometrics. Note: Not open to students who have passed ENME 218. Prerequisites: MATH 152, PHYS 122 and ENES 110.
