GEOG 120  Environmental Science and Conservation                  3 credits
          (MS)                                              
An introduction to the study of how human populations use and impact the earth's ecosystems. Topics covered include basic ecological principles, ecosystem dynamics and natural resources (air, water, soils, energy), human population growth, food production systems, biodiversity and endangered species, climate change and pollution.
