Marc L. Ugol joined Constellation Energy in 2002 as Vice President, Human Resources. In this position, Mr. Ugol has overall responsibility for Constellation Energy's Human Resources Division, overseeing all compensation and benefits, staffing, labor relations, and organizational effectiveness matters for the corporation.

Prior to this he was Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Tellabs, Inc., a $3.5 billion global manufacturer of high technology telecommunications products and services that ranked for two consecutive years as one of Fortune Magazine's “Top 100 Companies to Work for in America .” From 1996-1999, he was Vice President of Human Resources at Platinum Technology, Inc., a fast-growing software development and consulting firm that averaged two acquisitions per month. From 1994-1996, he was Director of Human Resources at System Software Associates, Inc.

Mr. Ugol also spent 14 years (1980-1994) with Amoco Corporation in a variety of domestic and international human resources management positions, including four years as Director of Human Resources for Amoco Norway based in Stavanger , Norway .
