Volunteer Opportunities:

We need parent volunteers to help us in the following areas: student recruitment, career development, membership and fundraising. If you are interested in getting involved in one of these areas, please denote it below and we will be in contact with you.

Student Recruitment & Outreach-being ambassadors for UMBC by sharing your experiences with perspective students & parents at a local reception, on the phone or at a New Student Day.

Career Development-providing internship opportunities for UMBC students or talking to students about career opportunities in your area of concentration.

Membership-recruiting parents to the Parents Association at Orientation and Family Day.

Finance-Serving on the UMBC Parents Fund Campaign Cabinet to assist the University in obtaining gifts from parents and friends to support your son or daughters education. This committee will assist in deciding what projects will be supported by the Parents Fund.
