UMBC is currently seeking funding from MHEC to continue the TQC Program for a fifth year.

The fourth year of the TQC Program was supported by the College of Natural and Mathematical Sciences, Departments of Chemistry & Biochemistry and Education at UMBC and the Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC) through an Improving Teacher Quality State Grant:  Partnership Grants for Professional Development (FY 2010, ITQ Phase 8) Public Law 107-110 (No Child Left Behind Act of 2001).

TQC Year Three and two prior years of programming are being/were supported by UMBC and its College of Natural and Mathematical Sciences and Departments of Chemistry and Biochemistry and Education through a grant from the MHEC as one of the Improving Teacher Quality State Grants: Teacher and Principal Training and Recruiting Fund Partnership Grant Program, Public Law 107-110 (No Child Left Behind Act of 2001) CFDA #84.367.
