Leadership Development for STEM Women Faculty

Conference Overview

This national one day conference will address issues of leadership development. Experts will discuss concepts of leadership as it relates to gender, the skills needed for managing people, and career mapping. Participants will engage in activities and discussions to strengthen their leadership skills and help to guide their leadership direction in the future.
