Key Personnel
Defined: A multi-layered project management process, the layers of which both overlap and are independent, will handle the day-to-day operations of the project.

Executive Committee will provide the leadership in the management of the project, initiating activities, identifying resources, formulating strategies, and managing all aspects of the project.
