Reporting Parent Achievement

MSDE Grantees Reporting Parental Achievement in LWIS must utilize MSDE's Family Literacy Intake Survey to document baseline for the activities:

* Increased Acquition of Books or Magazines for Children

* Increased Assistance w/ Children's Education

* Increased Contact w/ Children's Teachers

* Increased Involvement in Children's School Activities.

* Increased Reading Time with Children

* Increased Visits to the Liberary with Children.

Also, logs must be used to measure increases in the activities during the reporting period.
