Services Offered:

ABE, ESL, GED preparation, National External Diploma Program (NEDP), Family Literacy, Distance Learning, administration of the Official GED Practice Test, custom-designed courses for business/industry workplace education needs.

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm for ABE, ESL and GED

NEDP:  Monday: 10 a.m.-2 p.m.; Tuesday and Wednesday: 9 a.m.-8 p.m. and Friday: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Services Offered:

• Project Literacy accepts adults 16 years and older who live and/or work in Howard County and are not enrolled in a public school, and who have less than a high school education.
   We provide:
  
  - One-to-one tutoring on basic English literacy skills, citizenship prep, EDP (External Diploma Program) prep for high school diploma, computer literacy and English conversation.
  - Small group instruction for Spanish speakers.  Free childcare is available on site.

Hours of Operation:

Monday- Thursday: 9:00 am - 9:00 pm

Friday & Saturday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Sunday: 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Area Served: Howard County

Cost: Free to Howard County residents and/or those who work in Howard County
