The Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation (DLLR), Division of Workforce Development and Adult Learning (DWDAL) is accepting applications from qualified applicants for the position of Education Program Specialist I.
The available positions are titled Education Program Specialist I. The Specialists provide statewide leadership for the Consolidated Adult Education and Family Literacy instructional grant program. This includes identifying innovative practices for program improvement, providing technical assistance to the grantee network, monitoring funded
programs, and coordinating statewide and pilot initiatives. Individuals selected for the positions will work closely with the
dynamic, highly experienced Adult Instructional Services team in the Division of Workforce Development and Adult Learning at 1100 North Eutaw Street in Baltimore.
