Future Application Information

Students eligible for this program must meet the following criteria:

  • Have an overall GPA of 3.2 or above in science coursesHave completed a minimum of 13 university credits in Biology and Chemistry (a year of introductory chemistry plus lab, and a semester of biology plus lab)Agree to conduct research full-time during the summer
  • Participate in occasional breast cancer research related events during the summer and academic year following the summer BCURE lab experience
  • Prepare a scientific poster and present research at the Summer Research Fest and BCURE Breast Cancer Research Day in April, May or near the end of the academic year.
