A collaborative website based on QwikiWiki will be used for two writing projects in this class. Other Wikis are operating at UMBC. Dr. Steve Freeland and I taught a graduate seminar in Protein Evolution. This semester Dr. Freeland is teaching a first year seminar entitled Science Versus Religion: The Battlefield Of Evolution and Dr. Robin Farabaugh is teaching an honors course on Shakespeare. A UMBC Wiki Group has been formed to promote use of Wikis at UMBC.
