Elim was the second PhD student to join the Brewster laboratory. She is currently a postdoctoral fellow in the laboratory of Vittorio Gallo at the Children's National Medical Center in Washington DC.

Michael Harrington was the first PhD student to join the Brewster laboratory. He is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the Laboratoire de Biologie Cellulaire, Institut Jean-Pierre Bourgin in France.
