I work in Dr. Ostrand-Rosenberg's laboratory. Our laboratory's focus is tumor immunology. My Ph.D. thesis project is to sequence and test immunogenicity of peptide breast-cancer vaccine. My areas of interest include proteomics, mass spectrometry, HPLC, protein purification, cancer immunotherapy, MHC peptides, cancer vaccines, tumor-induced immune suppression.
