Dr. Venkat has over 30 years of experience in biologics and vaccine development, protein drug formulations, delivery systems, commercial manufacturing,  QA/QC operations and regulatory submissions (INDs/BLAs).  He has worked for J&J, Covance, GSK, BMS and Wyeth with increasing responsibilities.  He is an adjunct professor at UMBC (Chemical Engineering Department) and also serves on the editorial advisory board of Biopharm International. He has several publications, book chapters and holds an international patent for a topical formulation. He currently works for AnVen Research as Chief Scientific Officer focusing on Alzheimer, diabetic complications, inflammation modulators and vaccine development.
