The award is an honorable mention in the category of scholarly journals by institutions with budgets of $750,000 or less. The publication, VISUAL CUTLURE AND BIOSCIENCE: AN ONLINE SYMPOSIUM was designed by Visual Arts Professor, Franc Nunoo-Quarcoo, and Visual Arts Alumna, Emily Wilson.
