The Maryland Association of School Personnel Administrators and the Maryland State Department of Education will be hosting the first annual Maryland Education Recruitment Consortium.
MERC will be a collaboration of all stakeholders with a vested interest in promoting Maryland to prospective teachers, including other professional educational organizations, the Maryland higher education community, employer associations, and the business community. This event will showcase Maryland as a great place to work and live. It also provide an opportunity to interact with representatives from various educational organizations, and to interview with recruiters from all 24 maryland school systems.
