International Graduate will participate in an intensive 2-year global development program that includes job rotations, ongoing performance coaching, residential workshops and a host of support services.
As an IG, you will quickly realize the global nature of our culture, whether you are working on a multi-country project, attending an overseas residential program, or just talking to colleagues on the other side of the world. Our development program will give you exceptional international exposure and some of the best professional training in the industry.
We expect to take risks with our graduates and the training will test you every step of the way. We want to accelerate your career and give you big responsibilities as soon as you show us you are capable of shouldering them.

Development Plans:
There are elements of the International Graduate Program that are undertaken by all graduates. In addition to these elements graduates will also follow a development plan specific to their business area or function. These will consist of both development rotations and business specific training.

* Consumer Banking:
As part of your core two year training plan, you will undertake a stretching and challenging role within one area of CB: Wealth Management, Small and Medium sized Enterprises, Credit Cards & Personal Loans, Shared Distribution or Mortgage & Automotive. You also undertake a number of rotations to give you a chance to develop breadth and depth of understanding across the Consumer Bank.

* Wholesale Banking:
To develop the generalist leaders we need for the Wholesale Bank, the two-year development plan includes a core international program, specialized academic training and three 6-month job rotations within; Front Office (either Client Relationships or Global Markets), Wholesale Bank Operations and Risk & Control. The two intensive academic courses deliver essential insight into the dynamics of financial markets and the products we offer. Graduates are also required to complete the CFA level one qualification.

* Group Technology & Operations:
In GTO you will gain specialist skills in either Tech. or Ops., spending 8 months in a stimulating role designed to ensure you gain a thorough understanding of your business area. A further three key
rotations in functional areas will follow, enhanced by residential workshops and personal development. Youll be supported by sponsors, who will talk to you about your career and help you to leverage your strengths. Rotation also includes assignment to one of our leading edge Service Centers.

* Human Resources:
The HR development plan is designed to provide you with both depth and breadth in strategic and operational HR. You will spend a year learning the fundamentals of HR, complemented by three intensive rotations to specialist or strategic areas of Human Resources.

* Corporate Affairs:
You will gain experience in this specialist area through a programme of rotational development, encompassing key areas of the Bank: Consumer and Wholesale banking and mastering country, regional and global complexity. In addition you will be able to complete a specialist column including classroom training and on the job development.

* Compliance & Assurance:
You will gain experience in this specialist area through a programme of rotational development, encompassing key areas of the Bank: Consumer and Wholesale banking and mastering country, regional and global complexity. In addition you will be able to complete a specialist column including classroom training and on the job development.

* Corporate Real Estate Services:
The program within CRES will give you exposure to the development and management of an expanding real estate portfolio from a strategic, project management, facilities management and risk management perspective. You will undertake a stretch role in Real Estate Leasing Team, complemented by three intensive rotations in Business, CRES Risk and CRES core team.

Qualifications: * Excellent academic track record and passion for banking. (Undergrad./Grad students of any discipline)
* Proficient in English and Korean languages.
* Less than 3 years of work experience.
* Open-minded with an international outlook.
* A drive for performance, focus on delivery and strong desire to succeed.
* The applicant must have (or be able to obtain) the necessary authorization to work in Korea.
*If you are a male Korean national, you must have satisfied your military requirements prior to submitting your application.
