The Financial Analyst develops, analyzes, and interprets reports financial information and information surrounding denial statistics. In addition, the Financial Analyst coordinates information from the accounting software package, HBOC STAR at present, and MIDAS clinical denial information in the creation, analysis, and presentation of the financial information surrounding inpatient denied days activity for the institution. The Financial Analyst assists management in the formulation, implementation, and execution of the organization’s business plan.
Qualifications:
• A Baccalaureate degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• One year or more experience developing and analyzing financial and statistical information is preferred.
• Proficient skills using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access).
• Excellent, demonstrated communication skills.
