The BTG Management Training Program is a unique and ambitious leadership development program specifically designed for graduates who enjoy working with people and have s strong desire to manage and lead people early in their career. FaME trainee is able to advance in the management training program at an accelerated pace and become a sales and development manager within eighteen months.
