As an entry level professional, perform basic software engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications.

Student bartenders at Flat Tuesdays will work directly with the Assistant Director for The Commons, Commons Coordinators, and the Flat Tuesdays’ manager to open, serve, and close the Commons Pub at Flat Tuesdays. These students will need to be 21 years old, and work at least one shift a week. Student bartenders, in addition to welcoming and serving of age members of the UMBC community, will from time to time be required to help implement sponsored events in Flat Tuesdays. All employees will be trained in alcohol intervention procedures.
Flat Tuesdays hours: Mondays 4 - 9:30 pm, Tuesdays 4 - 9:30 pm, Wednesdays 4 - 9:30 pm, Thursdays 4-11:30 pm, Fridays 4-Midnight, and Saturdays 7 - Midnight (Non-Alcohol night)
