The Commons Information Center Desk Attendant monitors the university phone extension, answers questions posed by students, faculty, staff, and visitors, monitors laptop rentals, oversees the university lost and found, and sells tickets to on-campus events. The staff ensures that the lobby area of the Commons is kept clean, welcoming, and up-to-date with daily and weekly event information, as well as oversees the campus posting policy. The CIC staff strives to provide a high level of customer service.
Students must have and maintain a 2.5 GPA and have an expected availability of 10-20 hours per week.
