We are seeking a .NET Development Developer to join our dynamic team.

.NET Development Developer

The .NET Development Developer will work directly with clients and other AVF consultants to architect, develop, test and implement solutions utilizing .Net framework tools interfacing with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and other systems.

Responsibilities:
• Architect and develop Windows and Web Applications using .NET, C#, XML VB and SQL
• Use SQL Reporting Service to develop reports per client specifications
• Test, debug and provide written technical documentation
• Analyze systems to diagnose problems and recommend solutions
• Perform code review for self and other Developers
• Troubleshoot and monitor both hardware and software
• Help with support and responds to helpdesk tickets
• Create and maintain good communications with clients and Consultants
• Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; work well in group problem solving situations
• Communicate changes and progress on project activities

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must be working towards a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field. Self-motivated, professional, excellent communication and organizational skills along with the ability to work in a team environment required. The successful individual will possess the following skills, knowledge, experience and abilities or have the ability to acquire them on a short-term basis:
• Knowledge of data modeling for SQL Server, SQL Language, SQL Reporting Service
• Knowledge of Client Server Web Architecture in addition to Windows Interface Development
• Experience with ERP Application Development; Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience preferred
• .NET Framework 1.1, 2.0 and 3.0
• Microsoft Visual Studio 2003 and 2005
• C# programming
• Microsoft Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
