This request is for a new website not yet on-line. Cornerstone Finance has an immediate need for an experienced web design specialist capable of accomplishing two objectives: (1) build a customer payments entry form using the merchant service provider's toolkit, and (2) most importantly, link that payments entry form to our Microsoft Access customer data base. We also need a simple facility to control customer access to the site. It's not complicated, provided of course that you know what you're doing.
