The Commons Operations student employees are generally responsible for performing setups and tear-downs for events, maintaining all storage areas, maintaining good customer relations with all users and tenants of The Commons & UC, gaining a working knowledge of A/V equipment, assisting with and giving direction during event set-ups/tear-downs and productions, continually generating ideas and strategies for improving the condition, appearance, and services of The Commons and University Center Ballroom/Lobby, assisting supervisors with various special projects, and being especially attentive to safety and security of The Commons and it's patrons.
Students must have and maintain a 2.5 GPA. Students will be needed for approximately 10-15 hours per week.
