Brief Summary: SEG is looking for an exceptional entry level engineer to design, develop, and test radar technology. Candidates are immediately integrated into design teams to solve difficult technical problems and develop unique technological solutions. Initiative, creativity, and teamwork are the keys to success. Our Electrical Engineers are involved with radar system analysis and design, simulation, signal processing, hardware solutions through FPGA and DSP, digital design, system integration, and test. You will be part of a team that is responsible for system engineering for advanced airborne radar applications including airborne surveillance (AMTI), ground moving target surveillance (GMTI), synthetic aperture radar (SAR), airborne clutter cancellation (Adaptive MTI, DPCA, STAP). This includes analysis of existing as well as proposed system architectures. This is a great opportunity for a young engineer to join a small company and quickly develop experience in a broad range of disciplines.

Requirements: Qualified candidates must have a minimum of a B.S. in electrical engineering with strong computer programming skills and a GPA of 3.3/4.0. MSEE preferred. Interest in signal processing, algorithm development, and radar design a must. Experience with Matlab and C++ preferred. Multithreaded and multiprocessor programming for DSP is desirable. Network application programming with WinSock API is preferred. Good interpersonal and communication skills a must. Must be a US citizen and have a background that would permit the U.S. Department of Defense to issue a Secret clearance.
