• Works directly with clients to investigate and direct the resolution of computer and software related issues
• Works closely with software vendors to resolve client issues
• Assists as needed in Information Technology projects which directly relate to the improvement of technology systems.
• Must be well organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must have superior problem-solving skills in complex client/server environment
A qualified candidate should possess:
Relational database experience specifically, MS SQL Server
An understanding of both client and server technologies in a TCP/IP environment.
Willingness to interact and work directly with clients
MCSE / A+ is desirable but not required
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills necessary to work effectively with clients and other team members
Ability to replicate, diagnose and resolve Information Technology related problems
The position requires the candidate to be able to communicate clearly with our team and clients.
Candidate must be able to safely lift and move
technology items weighing 40 lbs or less.
