Thinking about graduate school as a next step? The Report also covers programs and schools to which UMBC students were accepted. This information, as well as profiles of recent graduates, can be viewed on the Career Services Center's website at http://careers.umbc.edu/stats/.
The Career Services Center surveys UMBC students each semester to learn more about the part-time jobs students work while in school. Last spring, the average on-campus job hourly wage was $9.55, while the average hourly rate for off-campus jobs was $10.85. Of the students who responded, the average worked between 15-17 hours per week. We'll be sending out this survey again this semester; keep your eyes peeled later this month and share your part-time work experience!
