Oh, How wonderful. I wish we had something like that here for folks like our friend Duck. Thanks for posting this.
What makes this article particularly satisfying is that it ran at the same time other local media were reporting abuses at assisted living facilities. AND it ran on the front page of the Sunday paper. Way to go Dr. Bill!
