Directors from Binational Centers from Colombia visit the ELC

Ms. Clara Lopez de Estrada, Executive Director of the Centro Colombo
Americano in Manizales, and Mr. Ramon Zarate, Executive Director of the
Centro Colombo Americano in Bucaramanga, Colombia visited the English
Language Center to discuss proposals for collaboration between their centers
and ELC-UMBC.
