The ELC welcomes Dr. Rebekah de Wit, ELC Assistant Director for Administration and International Outreach

It is with great pleasure that we welcome Dr. Rebekah de Wit as the new ELC Assistant Director for Administration and International Outreach.
Rebekah has a BA in Ancient Studies, an MA in Instructional Systems Development: ESOL/Bilingual Education, and a PhD in Language, Literacy and Culture, focusing on international education program design and learning outcomes. Besides studying at UMBC, she worked some years ago as an ESL instructor at the ELC and as the International Student Liaison at the Department of Education.
