Lan Nguyen Thi Phuong presented her UMBC Development Workshop created during the summer 2011 at the CAM TESOL 8th Conference (February 2012). In addition, Lan will continue developing and doing more workshops in different universities in her country. She is happy to share what she has learned during the online course and the Professional Development Program at UMBC.
