American Institutes for Research (AIR) - Adult Learning Team

The American Institutes for Research (AIR) is seeking an adult education professional to join our Adult Learning Team in the Washington, DC Office. Our current work focuses on professional development, teacher effectiveness, accountability (NRS) and evaluating instructional technology in the STEM fields for adult learners. We are seeking a staff member who has at least a Master's degree in a social science field (Ph.D. preferred). Experience in adult education professional development, research, or teaching is preferred. Applicants should also have experience and/or knowledge of research methods, quantitative methods, and experience designing and providing professional development to adult educators, including through the use of technology and social networking tools.
