Microsoft supports its personalized learning vision by providing technology that is accessible to every student, regardless of ability.
Educators have a key role in ensuring equal opportunity for students through the use of computer technology and this session is designed to assist them. The webcast will strive to provide an understanding of accessibility and how it impacts the classroom in the following topic areas:

• An overview of Microsoft's accessibility vision, programs, and support
• Definitions of impairment types, learning styles, and special education needs that can be addressed with computer accessibility solutions
• Information on accessibility options and features built-into Microsoft products, specifically Windows 7 and Office 2010
• Information on assistive technologies and partners that work with Microsoft products to build a complete solution
