UMBC Department of Music presents the Maryland All-State Jazz Band under the direction of Fred Irby, Howard University. Also performing will be the UMBC Jazz Faculty Ensemble, including Matt Belzer, saxophones, Tom Lagana, guitar, Harry Appelman, piano, James Fowler, bass (special guest), Scott Tiemann, drums and Barry Dove, vibes and percussion.
