This Friday evening (Dec 12th) between 9 and 10pm there will be a rolling reboot for DoIT's four ms mail servers (1/4 of the population is on each server). During this time mail will still queue up, and no mail will be lost, but users will be unable to read their mail briefly.
MS1 will be rebooted first since the entire mail user base cannot modify folders while the mupdate section of MS1 is down. MS2,3,4 will follow with rolling reboots after that and only effect the users on that server. We anticipate each individual system having a downtime of ~15 minutes while it reboots.
