I've had cases where I was not able to do a zap. In those case, take extreme care and don't do it if you're not comfortable, but you can remove the file manually from the fileserver. Keep in mind this is REALLY bad, as it doesn't even clean up itself. Doing this too many times could possibly fill up a disk with non-accessable space. If you can't zap it though, you don't have many other choices. ;) I'm not going to include instructions on how to do this, cause if you don't know, you probably shouldn't be doing it...find someone else. ;)
