From now until April 18, Walkin Hours and Appointments will be reserved for Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors, and UMBC Post-Bac. students ONLY. After April 18, Walkin Hours and Appointments will be open to ALL students again as the office shifts back to its normal schedule and processes.

FRESHMEN:
Freshmen and Freshmen Transfer students must attend a Mandatory Group Advising Meeting for assistance with Fall 2012 registration.

SOPHOMORES, JUNIORS, and SENIORS:
1. You must meet with your Assigned Academic/Major Advisor prior to scheduling an appointment with Ms. Roelke or visiting the office via walkin hours.
2. After your Assigned Academic/Major Advisor lifts your registration block, you may schedule an appointment with Ms. Roelke, access the office's walkin hours, or email a quick question to Ms. Roelke.

Ms. Roelke does not lift any registration blocks. Ms. Roelke is your supplemental, specialized Pre-Health Advisor.

CURRENT UMBC Post-Bacs:
If you are a current, UMBC Post-Bac. student who is in degree seeking status, please email Ms. Roelke to inform her of your special situation.

Wednesday, April 11 from 10:30am-Noon
Thursday, April 19 from 1:30-3:00pm

UMBC ALUMNI:
UMBC Alumni who are not taking classes at UMBC and are in need of advising, should email Ms. Roelke at Christy.Roelke@umbc.edu and include the month/year of your UMBC graduation and your degree along with three potential appointment days and times.
