Walkin Hours & Appointment Instructions

More information on walkins and appointments is available at http://www.umbc.edu/premed/medical_advising.php.

Ms. Christy Roelke advises all, current UMBC students who are interested in pursuing medical, dental, optometry, podiatry, or veterinary school.

WALKIN HOURS:
Students are expected to have a working knowledge of the information on the office website prior to coming to walkins so that more in-depth and robust discussions can take place in-person. Walkins are on a first-come, first-served basis and typically allow for about 15 minutes per student. No pre-registration is needed prior to visiting walkin hours, although walkins serve current UMBC students only.

More information about walkins is available at http://www.umbc.edu/premed/medical_advising.php.

APPOINTMENTS:
Students are expected to have a working knowledge of the information on the office website prior to coming to appointments so that more in-depth and robust discussions can talk place in-person.

Current UMBC students must pre-register at the front-desk for appointment slots, which are 30 minutes each. The appointment notebook is at the front desk of The PreMedical and PreDental Advising Office in University Center 116. The appointment notebook has a BLUE cover.

In order to avoid double-booking, Ms. Roelke cannot accept appointment requests via phone or email.

More information about appointments is available at http://www.umbc.edu/premed/medical_advising.php.

Quick questions that don't need to be asked in-person, can be emailed to Ms. Roelke at Christy.Roelke@umbc.edu. Please include your first and last name, Campus ID, and year in school in your message.
