Appointments & Walkins

Appointments are expected to resume during either the first or second week of classes for Spring 2014. Currently, the lobby area of the office is under construction and the only thing that remains is carpet! Without any furniture for students to sit on or front desk for appointment check-in, the scheduling of appointments will be shifting to an online service. The old appointment notebook is being eliminated. A new appointment booking system is under construction with the expected launch to be sometime during the first or second week of classes (sometime between January 27-31 or February 3-7). When the appointment booking system is ready, an announcement will be posted on the NEWS section of the website. Please check the NEWS section for the latest developments.

Without any chairs in the lobby and for student safety during construction, walkins will be eliminated until after construction is completed.

Thank you for your patience while the office is under construction and shifts to a new appointment booking system. In the interim, if questions arise, students can email Ms. Roelke with any concerns. Before emailing Ms. Roelke, students are expected to have a working knowledge of the information on the office website. Please be sure you read the office website which provides comprehensive pre-professional information. Your question might already be answered on the website.
