MPP alumna Pamela Meister is new Harford County Council administrator

Pamela Meister (MPP, 2008) has been appointed administrator of the Harford Council Council. The administrator oversees the 17 person government office. Ms. Meister was formerly the associate director of the Baltimore Jewish Council.
