Judith A. Shinogle Award Lecture and Reception November 15

Join UMBC faculty, students, staff and guests for a presentation by Judith A. Shinogle Memorial Award recipient Stephen S. Johnston, "Carrying on Judy Shinogle's legacy: Aspirations for my current and future research." Mr. Johnston is a health policy Ph.D. student currently conducting research for his dissertation. He is employed full time as a Senior Research Leader at Truven Health Analytics.

The family of Judith Shinogle established the Memorial Fund in her memory to provide support for doctoral students committed to health policy research. At the time of her death, Dr. Shinogle was a Senior Research Scientist with the UMBC Maryland Institute for Policy Analysis and Research and an adjunct faculty member of the Department of Public Policy.
