This is targeted to top students with at least two years of college who are interested in any of the following topics: entrepreneurship, advancing innovation, minority entrepreneurship, science and math education, new learning technologies, research, policy, law, and finance. The program, housed in the Foundation offices in Kansas City, is unique in that individual students will be partnered with their special interest areas: Education, Entrepreneurship, Research and Policy, Communications, etc. Collectively the group will network across the Foundation, participate in professional development activities, receive mentoring from Foundation associates, benefit from the Kauffman Foundation extensive relationships with grantees, universities, educators, researchers, policy makers, and entrepreneurs, plus be introduced to Kansas City area historical and cultural events.
