McCormick has a 5-6 month internship opportunity available for a Flavor Delivery Lab Technician in our Technical Innovation Center (TIC). This intern will be responsible for an extensive study of multi-component liquid systems phase behavior for use as flavor carriers, including the identification of initial key phases followed by formulation and manipulation to completely characterize the system phase diagram. The work for this project will include preparing, evaluating and recording these formulas and plotting the completed phase diagrams in graphical form. QUALIFICATIONS:Major in Chemistry(strongly preferred), Biochemistry, or Chemical Engineering, third year students who have completed physical chemistry coursework; second year students will also be considered.
