Baltimore Sun needs IT interns

The Baltimore Sun's Technical Support section currently utilizes Symantec's "GHOST" to create images for multiple Sun departments and multiple platforms.

We are seeking an individual capable of creating a "Universal Boot CD" that would boot-up any of the existing Windows platforms, connect that platform to the GHOST server, and initiate and interactive session. The boot CD should have menu selections for each platform currently in our inventory.

The project also requires detailed documentation for building the "Universal Boot CD" so that future PCs can be easily added to the menu selection.

Assistance with typical in-office administrative duties will also be required. These duties may include answering the Help Desk phone and assisting users with first level problem resolution. (Anticipate these Admin duties to be less than 10%.)
