At Advertising.com CREATIVITY PAYS

Advertising.com is looking for talented students to fill positions within its Creative Services division in Downtown Baltimore. Build your portfolio and GET PAID while working with a company that is an industry leader in on-line advertising! Seniors are encouraged to apply.

The Creative Services Intern will use industry current multi-media software applications (Flash, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator and Fireworks on occasion) to assist the day-to-day operations of the Creative Services Department. The intern will work with the Lead Flash Designer, Creative Director/Copywriter, and Project Manager to learn how to apply art school knowledge. He or she will also learn how to become part of multi-media creative team.

Daily tasks will include but may not be limited to: banner resizing, photo/industry research, and participation in the campaign creative process (creative brief, brainstorming sessions, design, and production build-out). Interns can expect to get hands on experience, be ready to immerse themselves to the elbows in code, and as a result have a lot of fun.

For more information contact Monique Armstrong at moniquea@umbc.edu or log-in to UMBCworks via My UMBC. Applicants must apply on-line and in UMBCworks.

Visit Advertising.com's Information Table in the Commons Main Street on October 10th. Representatives will be on campus interviewing for this position on October 18th.
