Summer 2008 Entrepreneur Internship

The Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation is currently accepting applications for its 2008 Summer Internship program. The eight-week, paid internship provides college juniors and seniors, graduate students, and first-year law students an opportunity to work with some of the nation’s leading thinkers in advancing entrepreneurship and math and science education.

We hire interns with high academic credentials (preferably those with a GPA of 3.5 or higher) who have completed two or more years of coursework.

We generally seek undergraduate students pursuing degrees in the fields of engineering, economics, public policy, English, education, finance/investments, mathematics, journalism or mass communications.

Our highly competitive internships are awarded to students who are curious about the world around them and are adept at thinking independently to find novel solutions to a variety of problems. Our interns make immediate and meaningful contributions to our work in education, entrepreneurship, and research.

Kauffman Foundation interns have the opportunity to work with a professional staff in an environment that values ideas and strives to stay ahead of the curve. Our interns work in a supportive atmosphere that encourages hard work and original thought while giving them the opportunity to explore the consequential thinking of the best minds in the fields in which we work.

All resumes must be submitted by January 25, 2008, and only applications submitted online will be considered.
