Tresys Technology is looking for outstanding and highly
motivated interns to work in Columbia, MD. Full and part-time internships are available during the 2009-2010 school year to college students in their junior or senior years, as well as graduate students. Computer Science or Computer Engineering major is desired. US citizenship is required by Government contracts.
The Intern pay rate is from $16 to $19 per hour depending on year in school.

Students must be project oriented and be able to multi-task. Students should have strong skills throughout the software development lifecycle. Students must have programming knowledge and have core computer science or development skills with C, C++, or python and the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing. Linux experience is highly desired. Experience with scripting languages, graphical interface libraries, web development, and Linux system utilities also a plus.
