Help a person achieve a goal that will forever change the direction of their lives! Volunteer with The Learning Bank's Adult Literacy Program on Thursdays from 5-8:30pm. Transportation is provided for students who register for the site through The Shriver Center's Service-Learning Program.
This is a great opportunity for students going into the education, social work, or sociology fields. This unique volunteer opportunity offers hands on experience and the chance to put theory will turn into full fledged practice once a week.
