Time is running out to register for Service-Learning for Fall! The deadline to sign-up for a service site placement is Friday, October 9th.
Students placed through the Service-Learning Program are enrolled in the 096 Service-Learning Practicum, which enables them to receive a notation on their transcript that recognizes participation in university-sanctioned community service. A 3-5 hour weekly commitment of time is required for participation in Service-Learning placements.

There are several sites that still have openings AND provide transportation for students: Adult Literacy Program, College Gardens Youth Program, Education Based Latino Outreach, MS-Swim, Project Team, and Paul's Place
